Very friendly unrushed and informative, I'd spotted the car on the website so popped over to take a look and was able to take a test drive there and then, I said that I'd have to go away and think about it and they didn't try to pressure sell on the spot to make the sell. after I purchased the car I noticed that a head light was out so took it back and it was sorted right there on the 3 month provided warranty. Overall very happy with the car and the service.

I purchased a Mini Cooper and had a number if issues with the car. Rikki has been a pleasure to deal with and honoured his word in resolving all issues without quibble and with efficiency. Then when I grew tired of the issues with the mini they allowed me the option of either giving back the car and take my part exchange back, or do a deal on another car they had in stock without peanalty to me. I only wish all garages worked this integrity.

Excellent service, the salesman was not at all pushy and made us feel welcome with cups of tea and coffee. There was no heavy selling and when we did decide he gave us what we expected for our old vehicle and he did all the paperwork which was so helpful. There was no quibble regarding some minor faults found and he recommended that we get them repaired locally which is great. Would definitely recommend Country Cars and will look at their site again when I'm next looking for a vehicle.
