Over and above the exceptional high standards to which the vehicle are prepared and the professional service, they ensure that any outstanding work, including what many would describe as minor, are attended to before your leave the forecourt.

Really pleased I decided to get my car from Country Cars, let's be honest, I could get a Fiesta anywhere, but the one they had, really stood out! I can safely say, I haven't seen one so nice, and better than new I'd say. To be fair all of the cars there looked top quality. Outstanding service I received from Rikki both during and after the sale, nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend County Cars to anyone looking for a top quality car at good price.

Never bought a car before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I heard of the garage by a family friend - I walked around the garage looking at the cars on display at my own leisure, the staff were visible but not at all pushy, which made me feel welcomed! Ashley was the man who made all of this smooth as possible. The garage even held the car for me while I sorted out a hiccup with my driving licence which was fantastic and really appreciated the doing this for me. Really cannot praise this garage highly enough for making my first car purchase so easy. I drive away very happy!

Bought my Honda CRV back in February, at time of purchase there was an intermittent Engine Management sensor issue which, as I am disabled and couldn't wait while they replaced the part, they said I could get my local garage to replace it and bill them for the work. This they did, just like they said they would, no quibbles, no problems -brilliant !
Its 9 months later now, I've had an MOT done, sailed through. Car still great. Been treated poorly at other dealerships so when I need another car first place I will look is Country Cars. They treated me with respect and even more importantly, honesty.

Great service!

Really good customer service, staff had a good knowledge of the cars and nothing was too much trouble for them. Straight forward quick part exchange. Really pleased with the vehicle. Had a slight issue a week on with the heating system but this was quickly sorted with their guarantee.

Car purchase experience.

Car was up for sale in an unprepared condition but much better on collection. Disappointed to find after purchase that petrol cap tether was broken. They had put fuel in so must have been aware.
Cars in showroom look good. Quality makes. Staff friendly and helpful. Suggest you give cars a close inspection.

A very painless experience !

All in all my dealings with Country Cars could not have gone any smoother than they did, the whole experience of part x-ing and buying can be quite stressful ! Not in this instance it was well worth the long drive from London, stood by their e-mail quote not the usual haggling and the showroom and vehicles where all in pristine condition, as described, when I decide to change my own car we'll be back to Bristol .

Audi TT convertible,
Very good quality cars displayed in a nice showroom. I thought the staff were very good and not at all pushy as many car salesman can be. The salesman I dealt with was very impressed with the way I was dealt with, he went out of his way to make sure I was making the correct choice without any pressure. As I had to travel one and a half hours after work to pick up my car he said don’t worry I will wait until you arrive even though it was going to be after closing time!
I have only just had my car but look forward to many happy miles and smiles. Based on my purchase I would definitely recommend Country Cars of Bristol.

A Pefect Experience.
I was greeted warmly and helped to see what I had come looking for.
I was then left alone to browse and inspect, and just at the right time was asked if I needed further help. No pressure and no pushy, great.
I asked for a test drive and within minutes I was on the road, no long waits here. All cars are immaculate, and they obviously carefully select their stock in order to sell cars at the right good value for money price. A perfect car buying experience.

Hi initially saw Rikki to purchase my Jaguar XF in June and he was very welcoming and couldnt do enough to ensure that i was happy with the car.
Once I got home realised the 2nd smart key wasnt working and had a problem with AC not as it should be. Had car checked at a local jag specialist and compressor had failed and they also noticed that some time in the past the wrong brake pads had been put on the front and disc were binding.
Some small other items were also advised.
I called Rikki and his father Valentine, one of the owners, immediately took charge of the issues raised.
I could not ask for a better after sales service !!!!!
All items raised were checked out and were either immediately rectified or we came to a mutually agreed way forward without any quibbles.
I cannot recommend this dealer enough for the professionalism shown and their afyer sales service. I am a very happy XF owner !!.

My experience at Country Cars of Bristol was excellent, especially for purchasing my first car. When we got there, the salesman Rikki was very polite and helpful. Knowing his wife was due his child soon he was still consistent of staying behind to help us look and test drive the car.
The car was in immaculate condition, unfortunately the headrest wasn't adjusting be he considered in getting it done. Which he carried out and done a great job.

What an enjoyable straightforward experience. The care and attention paid by Ashley Jones was a perfect example of how customer service should be. Everything was explained fully, all my questions were answered and everything I requested was completed. The car I bought was beautifully presented.
